What is FitTracker

FitTracker is a web application for planning training, tracking workout progression, monitoring body composition and logging nutrition. It is designed for two types of users: independent athletes who manage their own training, and coaches who work with multiple athletes.

The application works in a browser on any device. No installation required.

How training planning works

Training in FitTracker is built around three connected pages that work together:

Step 1
Training Month Plan
Create up to 4 training weeks. Each week has 4 training days with up to 10 exercises per day. Assign a colour to each week to mark its intensity — heavy, medium or light. Days are numbered 1–16 across all four weeks.
→
Step 2
Training Calendar
Place training days on real calendar dates. Click a date, pick the colour of the week you are executing, and enter the training day number (1–16). The colour tells you which week's exercises to follow. The number tells you which day within that week.
→
Step 3
Workout Tracker
After each session, log what you actually did — sets, reps, weight and notes for each exercise. Each row is one exercise; each column is one training date. Progress across dates is visible at a glance.

The plan defines what to do. The calendar defines when to do it. The tracker records what was actually done.

Body composition tracking

📏 Body Measurement Journal
  • Log body weight, body fat percentage and circumferences by date
  • Compare any two measurements to see exact changes
  • Body composition analysis based on entered data
  • Body fat percentage can be calculated using the built-in calculators and entered directly
📈 Progress Charts
  • Visual charts built from measurement journal data: weight, body fat, circumferences
  • Workout progression charts: working weight dynamics for key exercises
  • Helps identify trends and adjust the training plan accordingly
